Nah, either Nihilus would consume everyone and everything including the world between worlds, eventually even all existence with Nihilus dying last, or Palpatine's new dark council, bringing so much of the Dark Side into the galaxy would have awakened and freed Abeloth who would then do her own version of what Darth Nihilus would have done.

Imagine if the Jedi Order became a sort of 'Rule of One' Sith from within, with only a small group of actual 'Jedi' that would need to be dealt with. Sith that are perfectly willing to die to ensure the final victory of the Sith over their ancient enemies.

From what I got The World Between Worlds doesn't let you truly change history; Ahsoka's "death" wasn't on-screen so her vanishing and showing up there didn't alter the timeline. So Palpatine couldn't undo his defeats but he could set up future victories and gather information on the past. Still, even this limit would give him an unfathomable advantage
