I have been to many BBQ places and if they were good I would say “ we need to come back”, but when I went to Franklin’s I said “I have got to LEARN how to make BBQ!”, it was a life changing experience.

Franklin's bbq uses Lowry season salt, beef bouillon, and added rendered beef fat, plus the salt and pepper

Went to Franklin for the 1st time on a Thursday afternoon the line was short and did not extend out the door. They were sold out of the ribs, but I was able to get brisket, sausage and turkey. Once I told them I was a tourist first time goer, one of the ladies gave me the ribs she had put aside for herself for free😮. I enjoyed the food and the experience. The whole staff was amazing!!

they dont use just salt and pepper, they also added seasoned salt or some other seasoning along with salt and pepper
