I need a miracle and prayer if anyone is there. I made foolish financial decisions sand buried myself in a deep hole. May the Lord have mercy upon me. Definitely feeling the consequences of bad choices that I’ve made and now I’m suffering. My fault.

I think Jesus is speaking to anyone with money. Not the poor since the poor are broke. But someone with genuine financial opportunity ahead. Someone like me. He’s saying to me “Ryan, you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into. Your over-zealously will be the end of you. Have faith in me. Then you will have the abundance.”

Money is to help people. God helps us prosper because he uses us to help people. Jesus wanted us to use money to establish relationships. It's about establishing conscious connections with people that will spend eternity with you. “For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light” (Luke 16:8). Then Jesus commands us, “I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings” (Luke 16:9).

He takes a verse that says very clearly and directly "don't be wealthy" and twists it into saying it's not actually saying that.

Yet somehow all these TV pastors are millionairs and some even have private jets 😂🤡

I having a problem with my pastor's preaching.

I feel that every week the sermon is about giving money .

They ask for money to the church then tithing and then more money as a donation to the church organization.

They sell food very expensive before service and after.

I give but I don't have much and they tell us to give even if we have none or little.

They tell us to give money first and not worry about not having enough to pay the rent.

Like seriously? I would get evicted

I feel really bad to not blindly due what the pastor says but it doesn't feel ok.

When you ask three times to give at one service seems excessive.

I can't help but worry. I don't want to take out another loan for school but without it I would need a supernatural act from the one who can give it
