Any Android Fix Unable to send text messages to short codes or Premium SMS services Failed error

How to FIX ANY Android phone that cannot sent text messages to short codes or Premium SMS Services. You have to go to Messages and then enable the option for Premium SMS Services. A lot of times it will prompt you the first time and people usually always decline in error. Same applies if trying to send a short code to Facebook. Any Android Fix Unable to send text messages to short codes or Premium SMS services. Getting Failed error on Messages or Verizon Messages Plus KitKat Kit Kat. This can be completed for any carrier phone.

Thank you so much for this. I have been desperately trying to stop incoming premium rate texts which incurred a charge each time, but got 'could not send' whenever I tried to text 'stop' to the sender's shortcode. After watching your video I've adjusted the Premium SMS Services settings on my messaging app, and as a result I've sent my SMS and stopped those pesky texts and associated charges. Wonderful!

THANK YOU I did something stupid. I am not even sure what I did. But I messed my settings up for messenger and could not send a text. But Your video guided me to the place I needed to go to fix the problem. I clean my data and voowalla! I can text again! Thank you for taking the time to post the video!
