I mean a lot of bodybuilders do barbell rows and weighted pull ups, although machine is preferred as your lower back isn’t a limiting factor

I do bench/squat/power cleans same day 2x a week. One day is a bench and upper focused chest and triceps day and the second is a squat and power cleans focus, with leg focus

For my back days, I do banded pull-ups (I can't do normal pull-ups so I'm doing this until I can do 4 pull-ups), barbell back rows, hang cleans and deadlifts, not to mention chin-ups (assisted) for biceps.
