Nice with the autocross and track part. I found part of the rest oddly edited in terms of sound. Mixing images with other sound, no sound etc. Perhaps I'm spoiled with so much excellent editing by others. At 4:32 You're mixing Z51 performance (2.9 0-60, 11.2 1/4 mile) with the regular version top speed (194mph). The Z51 tops out at 184mph.

I love your video and I have a car on order, I am sure the Tremec 8 sp DCT will be outstanding but you claimed the C8 R had that gearbox and that is wrong. They use a bespoke 7 speed sequential race transmission.

0:20 No the Z51 package does not come with any carbon. It’s a performance package. 🤦‍♂️.

I know it's hard for you guys to say anything bad about the car but since the mid-engine was apparently green lighted over 10 years ago do you feel some 10 year old styling is going on here? I ask because do you really think the side and rear especially was the BEST they could do, honestly🤔

The editing is so weird that it's nearly unbearable. Stock footage all over the place, the audio doesn't match the video, strange audio cuts, and poor balance. This could be done far better.

that launch at 16:30 did NOT look like 3 secs to 60 ...more like 4... i didnt have a stopwatch though, i could be wrong...but iy didnt get there quick, at least in That launch

Great review and I can’t wait to get mine, does anyone know why the Z51 cars aren’t hitting that 2.9-3.0 sec 0-60 even though most have more than 500 miles and is out of the break-in stage??

Z51 package at $5000.00 for 5 horsepower and 5 ft lb of torque is $1000.00 per 1 horsepower and per 1 ft lb of torque. And the package makes the weigh more and lowers the top speed by about 10 mile per hour from 194 hp

I am very tempted to buy a C-8, especially a future Grand Sport model as a long time Vette owner going back to my old 1972 Stingray but because of extensive back injuries I just don't know if I can get in & out of it & I'm concerned about the stiff ride over subpar pavement. I bought my new Challenger because of it's gorgeous retro styling & the exceptional ride quality for road trips, still quite tempting on the C-8!

I think there’s a large audience out here that would just like to see a video on the basic Corvette . The one the average person would probably purchase just to have one maybe their last car they purchase new. To Drive on the weekends and probably never go over 100 miles an hour.

Looked forward to more C8 video and this one actually disappointed me. Video editing was all over the place. Engine exhaust sounds just droned on and on. Love the C8 but won't be a new subscriber to your Youtube channel. 👎

Best built? Sorry, I think you could comment on performance, layout, styling, features, etc. but you only drove it for a short time on a closed course.

It is an exciting new vehicle-hopefully Chevy’s recent record with transmissions won’t be a problem.

you should do a C8 -FIT N FINISH ( body panels & interior ) , no one has done that yet,
