I like using Apiguard.  It's quite effective.
I've used the mite away quick strips and have trouble with queens surviving.  
I've gone back to Apiguard and no problems.

Do you put one on each box or one for total hive?

I leave the foil seal attached at one side of the tray, and fold it down onto the frames make a ramp for the bees to get into the gel.

Does this enough for this fall treatment?
I have one beehive (young colony from this year)
Now I confused how to treatment that mites...

You should cover the hole in the Imrie shim with some tape. Apiguard is a fumigant.

Hi, Would you happen to know what little white worms are on my mite trays?

You really should be wearing eye protection since Apiguard can cause irreversible eye damage, and gloves to keep it off of your skin. It's in the instructions.
