Also, Veins mostly depend on low body fat and high muscle, which means you need to focus on hypertrophy, which as I said before is done much better with forearm curking exercises.

The exercise you do really doesn’t matter, you just need to get your blood circulating by doing things like high intensity cardio and heavy weight. But it’s mainly just lowering body fat percentage

I made a comment on one of your videos about this before already, the hammer curks may hit your brachioradialis but its mostly just a biceps exercise. Its like using a face pull to train your lats. Sure itll get used, but there are MUCH more efficient ways to train them. And the farmer carries, most of the stabilization is being done by your core, not your forearms. You arent stabilizing anything with your forearms there, youre just holding and squeezing, which obviously dosent work just on its own for getting big forearms because people who really do have big forearms not due to genetics dont do that. They use the curling exercises to target specific parts of the muscle group and to keep stress on it to maximize hypertrophy. This is like saying if you do 100 pull ups everyday your forearms will get huge. Sure, they will grow more from you hanging but the pullups are doing something else.

Body fat and genetics have so much more to do with vascularity than a workout. Please start there and don’t just spam a workout hoping for vascular forearms.

Can someone explain to me what farmers Carries are for or at least the walking portion 😂 it doesn’t make sense you could just do a times db hold because it doesn’t help anything in your legs farmers are for your forearms triceps shoulders and traps and your abs kinda so what’s the walking part for if someone can explain
