We celebrate upon getting our first corporate job but we tend to forget that corporate jobs are not the best thing in the world. There are several pros and cons of a corporate job. This dark side of corporate world is often reveled to us only after it is too late. In this video, I shared 3 things that make corporate job or private job not a very good experience for employees.

Your happiness in the corporate world depends on your manager. People are not prioritized in the corporate world. And lastly, you can be replaced at anytime if there is someone more suitable than you for a given role.

There is no alternative to corporates in India . You cannot start your own business due to government proesses, you cannot join government jobs because they are limited and reserved for backward classes and women . The only option left is corporate and corporate giants very well knew it which is why they are exploiting people . One more draw back is lack of stringent labour laws in india, the labour laws in india are non existent compared to the west which is fueling the greed of corporates and making them to exploit labour force
