Can baking soda & vinegar unclog my drain?

This video is old but fyi you should cover the lid after adding the vinegar, u want the explosive reaction to ideally push out the clog through the pipe.

As soon you notice the water draining slow go under your sink, then detach the pipe and clean it by hand. You will see the real problem and you will learn how often it must be cleaned.

This is all I use. Try covering the drain when bubbling which pushes the clogged gunk through the pipe better.

Remove the bulk of the clog with a plastic snake, then use baking soda and vinegar to loosen and flush the grease. Cover the drain and vent hole to force the CO2 gas from the reaction down to flush the drain.

U MUST pour boiling hot water down the drain after pouring the baking soda & vinegar. It will flush the clog. I do my kitchen & bathroom sinks.

This method works great to clean your drains, but U need to do it each month, DON’T wait til the drain is clogged so badly…. B proactive! It really helps!!

You supposed to block the top off after adding vinegar - the explosion of bubble then PUSH the clog down.
