Why Do We Cough?

The worst part of coughing for me is the aches you get from coughing over and over and over. I want to say I’ve even thrown my back out from coughing due to the flu, and every cough from then on is horrendous pain 😓 There’s been points where every muscle and joint in my torso aches so bad I can’t move a millimeter without pain 😵‍💫

I have a terrible cough from pneumonia, it sucks and the sounds it makes is terrible, even the feeling is horrible! I'm praying and i hope all of you pray for me! 😔

My grandma always spit out the mucus that comes when you cough. And shes never sick so i reccomend doing that
