People like Mario rios clown Jeff for being too optimal. He’s such a seasoned lifter that any new and improved motion for an exercise that can get him even the slightest improvement is worth it.

New gym goers can literally just eat and do pushups and they’ll grow, but the more and longer you train the more you should optimize it.

This to me feels like one of the best movements of my weekly workout. Super targeted to the rear felt, great range of motion, great pump.

As a tall person I find this variation awkward but you definitely still feel the stretch

I like doing a similar thing on the hip abductor machine. I feel a bit of pain when I do them with both legs. Turning slightly in the seat and doing them one leg at a time eliminates this, and I get a way better stretch too.

The "Normal" way works fine, People just use to much weight. Its more Trap workout for the Most People

All these angles or oh this way your muscles stretch out little more is really good to get views not to build more muscles. seriously a lot of people will start doing this exercises in weird ways lol
