FORGET gnome trash-- put KDE on it and make it MUCH MUCH BETTER!!! NICER, more beautiful- easier to customize- and EASIER To work with in a FLOW (that does NOT exist in gnome).. I've just tried gnome AGAIN the last couple weeks-- and I LIKED the look and feel of it-- really TRIED to get it-- but playing around on it was fine-- but trying to work--- it got in my way EVERY WHICH way I turned... I junked it immediately.
