This should come standard with the game. With elytras its easy to get out of your chunk distance because of how fast you can fly, and it doesnt feel that immersive. This would change everything

this is so exciting! minecraft needs this, especially with the caves and cliffs update. imagine using the spyglass to look at giant mountains in the distance

This guy needs to be hired by mojang, they've been postponing this feature forever, because this is obviously something minecraft has always needed. I've been thinking of this since i played minecraft on the xbox 360 but man, im glad someone actually did it
