I'm brand new to all of this, but I want to convert my .pdf and .jpg home floor plans into a 3D editable visual model where I can play with different remodel ideas. For example, our dining room, livingroom, and kitchen have a strange layout and we've always wanted to experiment with different ideas, perhaps expanding the kitchen into the oversized living room and eliminating a wall, perhaps adding an island. We have so many ideas, and we'd like to play around with several and save them. We plan to do a complete remodel in 3-5 years so it would be nice to have some visual floor plans to work from when we hire a developer.

Total floor area 45m².

Option B
Main lounge 6x5m.
Dining 3.6x3m
Total floor area 40.8m²
