I'll be going there in a few weeks, and the first thing I want to do after I land at Reagan is hope on the Yellow to Ben's for a half-smoke.

GreT video rob. Yummy half smokes. Do you know a great place in DC for a Reuben sandwich. Right now I love the ones that Bethesda bagels has, but I would love to know your favorite if you like them.

I am down for a half smoke and Papusas! We will hunt them down lol! The Eastern Market looks like a side trip in itself. Thanks Rob!

LOVED the chili dog or "half-smoke" at Ben's at Reagan National Airport when I went to DC in July 2021

And because DC has a large El Salvadorian and Ethiopia population.. I would definitely try pupusas and Ethiopian food

From someone who has 40 years of eating half smokes, deep fried are the best. This is the way I ate them as a child.

And if you're really from DC then you know that our signature dish is mumbo sauce that we like to put on chicken or french fries

Hi there. Was thinking about the Dupont hotel in August. Mom is 80. Will need a motorized scooter. Any suggestions? I am assuming the company will drop it off at the hotel. Staying 4 nts.

Loved the video and the tips Rob. I am heading out to DC Oct 23-26 and your "Tips, Tricks, and Hacks" have been invaluable. Thanks for that. I was looking at staying at Hotel Harrington on 11st SW (I'm cheap), however, I am now looking at the Holiday Inn or CitizenM on 6th St SW, but I noticed there isn't much food around there. What are your thoughts? Is staying south of the National Mall a good choice? I'll pretty much be on foot or capital bike share.

Thank for a very informative video. I also like how you don’t stand to the camera straight on.
