In this video, we will talk about Create Hierarchies to Drill Down Data in Power BI.
1- Click on Get Data, and then Select Excel Datasource
3- Verify the data, and click on Load.
4- Goto a new page
5- Right click on Customer Country and click on New Hierarchy; rename the hierarchy to Customer Geography.
6- Right click on the Customer Location, Add-to-Hierarchy - Customer Geography, then add Customer Name.
7- Add this hierarchy in a column chart, and add Sales_Cost.
8- Notice the various drill down options.
9- Do the following Hands on exercises.
Hands on - DIY #12
1- Create a Department Hierarchy using Department - Manager - Employee Name.
2- Use this Hierarchy in a Waterfall chart.
3- Create a Product Hierarchy using Item Category - Item Name.
4- Create a Funnel chart using Hierarchy.
5- Notice the various drill down options.

1- Try using 2 Hierarchies in a single visualization.
2- Notice the various drill down options.
