Used this method on a thick crocheted top my daughter bought, and because of the fabric, it was NOT as easy as this looked. But, with the aid of a butter knife to help work the bag in along the way, I got the tag off. We'd gone on a shopping trip for her birthday and live nearly four hours from the store where the clerk forgot to take off the tag (and told us to leave even after calling us back). I found the prettiest scarf at a thrift store and the lady said she couldn't sell it because it came in with a tag on it and she didn't have a tag remover. I told her I wanted the fabric for decorating and would have to cut it up anyway, so she let me have it for two bucks! I can't believe that actually worked. I had gotten my son a new pair of PJs; well the day after I discovered that the new employee didn't take the tag off. I have to walk everywhere I go, including work so I really haven't had the time or energy to walk it back up to the store. I tried to do the burn method but it didn't work. THIS ACTUALLY WORKS! I tried to use the fork method and it went horrible for me, I ended up bending the fork rlly bad smh. But this method was so easy and I was able to pop it right off. Great video!

Sir, you saved me. We went away for a wedding 2 hours from home and up in the mountains away from a Macys.
