ChrisFix's cousin? The mannerisms were spot on. Very informative video.

I have been looking for good video on repairing a pin hole leak in a gas line under my 99 civic and you nailed it very thorough and detailed, Barney style thanks.

You’re the man! Realized this morning my fuel lines were leaking. Between advanced auto parts and Home Depot I was able to gather all the parts. Put in the new line and fix the issue. Thank you very much!

Excellent videography.
Tip: Clean the line where the fitting will go with emery/abrasive cloth to give the repair its best chance for success. Also, don't take the union apart! That just allows for the possibility that debris will get into the parts and ruin the seal. Carefully push the assembled union onto the tube.

I would have flared the ends, compression fittings are fine but it needs to clamp down extremely hard to seal and stay tight, the flare would prevent it from slipping apart. Still looked good and you did a good job I just think flaring would be good insurance.

I know nothing about cars but I do know a little some thing about making videos and I’ll tell you I thoroughly enjoyed this video and learned something! Great job 👍🏻 👍🏻

I use a swagging tool also, putting a slight flare on end of line. AFTER the compression ring has been put on. It's an added failsafe to prevent line from disconnecting.

Using a high pressure rubber fuel line and a couple of hose clamps would have saved you a lot of work, but good video.

Wow, this was such an informative and helpful video, Thank YOU ! I have an 07 Rendevous with a pin hole leak in the fuel line underneath the vehicle, and I've been dreading getting underneath to try and fix it. After watching this video, I plan to tackle the project this weekend, and I'll approach the task with confidence! Thanks again, and I subscribed to your channel...

Nice job, I have 07 Colorado that section rusted/rotted and tried to repair with rubber hose and clamps, now it drips a little due high pressure fuel pump. Mine is a single line feed. I think I'm going to go this route with compression fittings.

Excellent video buddy. Your content is a lot more easy to follow than a lot of other diy videos

Great to see the process, thanks! My mechanic replaced 2 of the 5 lines under my car but forgot to replace the plastic protective guard/cover that was screwed over them - about a 4 foot strip. Can regular driving in winter snow conditions potentially damage the lines if there is no cover over them?

Good evening I am very happy I came across your video. I found a leak on my 79 C10 truck. I was worried maybe an expensive fix in the shop as I am an amateur when it comes to working on my truck alone. Anyways, I am going to check it out in the next couple days and see if I can get to the part that's leaking. My line is running right next to the header.

Good video. I would like to suggest taking a few seconds to ream the freshly cut ends of your tubing. A wise master plumber advised that reaming fresh cut copper pipe helps maintain proper flow with soldered and compression joints.

Great video. I have a little vehicle that recently developed a fuel leak. The smell got pretty strong, and so I won’t drive it until all is finalized. Idk if in my case it’s the tank, but I’m planning on taking it to a shop to give me the final diagnosis. I hope it’s not the tank because the dealer discontinued it because my car is CA emissions. It’s an older nissan Sentra. I’m determined to have it fixed because it otherwise drives well.
