There is an interesting thing going with the similarity between the glutes (max, mid and min) and deltoid muscle (rear, mid and front), because once oppon a time we were walking on all fours! they work kind of the same way...rear delt with glute max and their clear actions, front delt with glute minimus with their clear actions..the mid ones existe to connect the movement so we wont live like breakdance robots😄
