Nowadays, children are addicted to using mobile phones. They face higher health risks. Some of the side effects of mobile addiction in children are head pain, memory loss, pain in the eyes, decrease in their academic performance, and so on.

I have a son. He is very addicted to the phone because of a game called roblox. I absolutely hate this!
Because of this he is not eating his food properly and has a huge impact on his school life. He is never focused on studying and always want the phone. Horrible. He has bad grades and has a detention almost everyday! His vision too is really bad but, I really hope that you care for your children by not giving them electric devices and keep them safe by making them play a board game or something. I am 21 year old whenever I sit for studying or I am eating, or my parents let's go for shopping the only thing that my mind says that don't do these things just use your phone, it is better than rest of things, my mind just says seee youur phone, what to do plz suggest I am getting mad because of this and feels sad all the time.I was so much addicted before but in covid this happens.Also I can't leave phone fully because I have to study from phone, I am in collgee so have to check mails, important messages.
