There is a various wide range of Projects in the Construction Industries, Mainly construction projects are categorized based upon the following :
1. Time ( Duration of the project )
2. Cost ( total cost investment in the proposed project )
3. Resource ( Involvement of material, Manpower, and Machinery)

Types of Construction Projects :

1. Infrastructural Projects
2. Structural Projects
3. Pre- Engineering Projects
4. Land Scaping Projects
Infrastructural Projects: The heavy projects which are open for public use.
Like Highway, Bridge, Tunnel, Dam, Oil, and Gas refinery Project, Hydroelectricity Power station, water supply project, stadium and shopping malls
Country development depends upon Infrastructural projects also.

Structural Projects: All types of building structure come under structural projects
Like high rise building, low rise building, commercial building, Residential building, Industrial building, and Green building projects

Pre- Engineering Projects: in this structure projects which has been pre-fabricated, pre-casted with following the method of pre-tensioning post-tensioning, a prestressing method which will be get mounted or jacked or assembled all together.

Landscaping project: Surrounding development except for building structure like the development of the park, garden, street road, swimming pool, plantation this all comes under this landscaping projects.
