I regret double posting, but I'd like to point out that the html tag marquee can only be use in Internet Explorer. It makes everything slide across the screen as if it were on a Jumbotron.

I use internet explorer 9 and my sister uses firefox, she says only newbe's uses internet explorer and I want to know whats the best web Browser,
I use the internet for gmail, google you-tube and amazon and Browsing the web for stuff,
I am thinking of changing my web Browser to Google Chrome or mozilla firefox ??.

I think malware blocking has to do with your antivirus checking pages and just blocking them. Sometimes the pages you visit are blocked automatically and you don't notice it.
