I miss this president. I am a Republican. I may not agree with everything Obama said, but he always showed respect to everyone which made him well respected by everyone. This to me is what a president should be about. Trump is always calling people names and putting people down. I thought Trump would change, but I was wrong. Trump is not a good role model and I regret ever voting for him.

When Obama came to Afghanistan I had the privilege to shake his hand, he stood and joked around people were just in awe of him I'll never forget it in my lifetime.

I didn't vote for President Obama in 2008, by 2012 I had learned that this man has the courage, intelligence and tact so vital to being the leader of the free world. His class, patience and demeanor, in the face of conservative hubris and fabrications, have left me with a deep, abiding respect for this gentleman. God bless you and your beautiful family
