The quality of this website is very bad. I have spent one hour to add subtiles to a 2-minute video and it didn't work well.

I just tried the app and the interface totally confused me. I type in the text at a certainty time point, move the cursor forward to the next time-pint, etc, but all of my timings are ignored, the subsequent titles are ignored and I just end up with one subtitle at time zero. Noodled with for over 10 minutes then gave up. I need a step-by-step!

When I am done editing within the "Subtitle" tab, I do not see the "CREATE" button in red at the bottom. However, it shows me to "continue editing in the studio". Once I move to the studio, I am not able to make changes to the subtitle text I made. Any help for this?

I need to add subtitles to around 1000 different files.
I have both videos and sub titles files
Is there any batch program when i give both the videos and file names it will hard code subtitles into the video
