This doesnt work, just works using vlc, once you use another program subtitles are not included

it adds the subtitle, but not permanently, i close and open again the video file and there is no subtitle

My issue is that this will only work 1 out of 10 times. The other 9 times it speeds through a black screen and outputs a file that has no video, audio, or subtitles.
