When I play online games I still lag and everything is boosted to not lag and on my older tv I never lagged but as soon as I got the tv you have I start lagging in my games and I already have everything you said on sooo can I not fix it cause it’s not my internet???

Hey Steve I just bought a Samsung 4k TV 7100 series and I have a ps4 pro. Right out the box I noticed that gaming mode intermittently switches on and off during games causing the ps4 screen to disappear. Do I need a 4k HDMi cable as well? This seems to be a common is with Samsung TVs
