Additional Apps (mobile devices):

In this video, Dr. Berg talks about LED blue light on your computer screens and the damage it creates not only on your eyes but on your sleep. Artificial light could be ruining and destroying your sleep and eyes (retina). Excess blue light suppresses melatonin, which interferes with your quality of sleep.

Thanks so much Dr Berg. I thought I have dry eyes. When I install this app and change the color of my screen, my eyes problem is solved. Thank you so much!

Great content! I'm in school (online full time) so I'm staring at the screen constantly especially right before bed. Thank you for the suggestions.

Glad to see you exposing this. I use IRIS, free software and wear Uvex blueblockers from Amazon. I also make sure my eyes are protected from all artificial bllue light when I leave home.

I recently got a $9 pair of orange/yellow glasses which block the so- called “junk light.” They’re fabulous. Highly recommend. (If you’re interested I bought them from Amazon.)

A recent update in Windows 10 added a feature that changes the screen lighting based on the hours of your choice. It's under Notifications > All Settings > Display > Color > Night Light. Based on our schedule, mine is set to go into nightlight mode 9pm until 7am.

Thanks Doc. Could you please do a video on how too much screen exposure causes autism-like symptoms in young children?
