What is the Law of Moses, really? Who was it for? Just for the Jews, for Christians, for the whole world??

What I will cover in this video is who was the Law given to and why.

Under the Law or Under Grace. Torah Observance. Hebrew Roots. Many conversations today beg for a proper understanding of the Law of Moses. So many believers misled because of a lack of understanding.

Simply, The Law of given to Moses to give Israel because of their sin. It was to be a standard to them to know right from wrong, but also with consequences (from God) for doing wrong, as well as rewards for doing good. Now the catch is, Moses (The LAw) David and the Prophets all spoke and prophesied of one that would come. A New Lawgiver as the church fathers referred to him as. He would put the law of God in men's hurts, to Love God and is neighbor, and would save men from the consequences of their sins by receiving their punishments for them. This Lawgiver did come, and He did disannul the first covenant (testament) that God had with Israel and established a New Covenant, as Jeremiah had prophesied, with his own blood. This New Covenant is based on spiritual and heavenly things, not earthly. Our high priest reins from heaven, the tabernacle, and holy city are in heaven being prepared by God. The earthly images and priesthood and sacrifice that God gave Moses were an example of the heavenly things that would come. They themselves were not what God wanted to be honored, ultimately. Only during that time, until Christ would come.

Hey I just started this video, and slowed it down to .75x speed and it does make it easier to understand. I recommend from a viewer perspective to slow down your speech a bit to make it clearer 👍

Great video as well brother.

Did i miss something or does this video Promote debauchery...? Are you following the law or not? If not why even have religion? if you're going to just lean on christ and break the first commandment by putting him before God? Christ himself says he is not God and that we should only worship Him (God)

Hebrews 7:12/paraphrased... "For when the PRIESTHOOD was changed/replaced, the LAW must also be changed/replaced as well."... Amen.
Mark 2:22/Luke 5:37/paraphrased... "No one pours a NEW wine into the OLD wineskin, for it will burst and ruin the Old wineskins, but instead to pour NEW wine into NEW wineskins."... Amen.
Matt. 9:16/paraphrased... "No one sews a patch of Unshrink (New) garment on an OLD garment, for the patch will pull away, making the tear worse, but instead, sew a patch of Shrink (Old) garment on an Old garment."... Amen.

In conclusion, we, the Christians, must not be LUKEWARM people of God... by Mixing the Law of Moses and the Law of Christ (Mixing Old and New Covenant)... Christians who still practice some Law of Moses like meat restrictions, circumcision, tithings, Jewish Saturday Sabbath, Divorce law, etc... God said when it comes to SPIRITUAL/RELIGIOUS matters, ... either YES or NO, OLD or NEW, FOR or AGAINST, only... and NO IN-BETWEEN... God will spit (vomit) from His own mouth the LUKEWARM people... Facts and Truth, Biblically speaking... Amen.

The law is still. The law is how we recognize sin.
For the Law was given through Moses: grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. John 1:17

“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.

Matthew 5:17

“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.

Did Christ keep the 10 commandments? Does not the bible say in Phillipians we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us? Are we to walk as Christ walked? Are we to do the will of the Most High Almighty Father, that being the main objective of his Son, our Saviour. Is sin transgression of the law? Are we gradually conforming to the image of Christ or justifying staying as we are with grace as an excuse to continue in sin? What is the measure that Christ will judge the world with? Did not the Almighty Father write the tablets with his own finger then had them put into the Ark of the Covenant? Is the new Covenant for Israel and Judah spoken of in Jeremiah and Hebrews? What was actually abolished, could it be the HANDWRITTEN ordinances that were nailed to the cross regarding ceremonial practise of sacrificial animals that represented the ultmate and final sacrifice being Christ? Is there a difference between Gods law and Moses law? Do we first have to learn from the schoolmaster in order to even understand who Christ is? Are the commandments good or contrary to the righteousness of the Almighty Father or his Son? shalom

I agree Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God Not of works lest any man should boast. However grace is not the only thing needed to enter into heaven lets look at verse 10
For we are his workmanship created in Christ Jesus to good works which God has before ordained that we should walk in them. we need good works and what is good is described in Romans 7:12 wherefore the law is holy and the commandment holy and just and good. some people in order to refute that we need to keep the law will quote Romans 10:4 for Christ is the end of the law to righteousness to everyone who believes. However if you look at the greek word telos it means aim/purpose so a proper translation would be for Christ is the aim of the law not the end of it. because as it is written in revelation 22:14 blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have right to the tree of life and may enter in through the gates into the city so according to scripture and not a mans doctrine we must keep the commandments to enter heaven. as paul also wrote in Romans 2:12-13 And as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law for not the hearers of the law are just before God but the doers of the law shall be justified.
