I think one of the most powerful parts about this scene is when Jesus has tears in his eyes and says, "Then I cannot save you." Imagine a Father saying this to His children because they will not accept His words or His salvation. This scene was so tastefully done!

JESUS is the MOST IMPORTANT ONE in my life. 36 years ago I was exhausted from trying to quit smoking. I stood in my bedroom folding my laundry. Suddenly, the brightest light came through my window, entered the top of my head and rushed down throughout my whole body including my arms and legs. The whole room lit up. Then the light subsided quickly. I was stunned. I walked into my kitchen and sat down by an open window. I picked up a cigarette, lit it and INSTANTLY, it tasteful awful. A neon-like 'poison' sign flashed in my mind. It dawned on me. CHRIST had healed me of my addiction. Haven't touched one since. THANK YOU

I really like the subtle supernatural elements of this scene. Notice how when Jesus walks away from the cliff, nobody in the crowd even looks at or tries to stop him. Almost as if they are frozen in a trance.

Has anyone else noticed in the ending scene when he said "this is not going to happen. Not today." The smile towards the sky as if he smiled to the Father? Thats also powerfull

This scene is so powerful. You can see the actual pain and sorrow in His eyes as he so desperately wants to save all people because of his absolute love for his children, but His heart breaks knowing that many of them would not welcome His salvation.
