I got this kit from the Wish app and wanted to practice on a panel. I couldnt be happier with how it works even though I didnt get the dent perfect it still does what you want it to.

It's not really meant to remove the dent in 1 pull, it's more of a "wash, rinse, repeat" thing until you see the desired results. The tab is meant to come off each time to gauge your progress.

Clean the area with alcohol. Add glue and plastic dent pad to the dent area. Wait SEVERAL minutes for the glue to set up properly.

I have a soundbar with a dent in the metal it is a mesh tiny holes for sound outlet. Would this tool do the trick not sure about the hot glue getting into holes

I liked your video, haven't bought one yet but think I will. The directions I read said to let the the glue dry two to three minutes, then use gentle pulls.

My kit seems like a rip off. It came with no glue and just a few plastic tips. So question. Can I use any regular hot glue? Or is there a specific hot glue that is required. Really bummed about my kit. Definitely not as advertised

Your needing to let the glue dry hard for about 10 minutes and also clean the surface first !!

Best to heat the paint a little first with a heat gun to avoid cracking

Take a piece of sand paper and sand the pad will stick a lot better

I'd wait at least 30 to 60 seconds before pulling that thing.

The heat? You might need to use the glue gun directly onto the dent to heat the area up with the glue then when it's gone hard give it some beans
