I got to see this in person, the turquoise filler accents and spalted maple bow ties really go well with it. You won't be getting stuff like this at your big box furniture stores.

What an outstanding job. I want to refinish my first guitar I made in 1982. I'm debating between satin and gloss wipe on poly.

Did you put on a second coat? If you did, did it still look good?

Don't shake polyurethane finish. Pour into separate container and stir or thin and stir.tack rag is last step for dust removal.you keep cutting stuff up over the table making dust and spitiing.ive used tack rags painting cars for about25 years.if you have an air compressor, in another area blow you and your clothes off, then go in and don't use that table for anything other than tacking and finishing.everything you did created dust.im not being an azzhole, just try and it will come out cleaner.
