My most favourite Saint... if not for him, I would have dropped the true faith... Thanks a lot for this video

I have been a Deacon for just short of 20 years. This has been a great "pre-study" on the works of St. Aquinas. I am going to tackle some of his written works in both books mentioned in this video. Thank Fr. Pine.

I’ve known about St. Thomas Aquinas for a long time but never in any real depth. I’m really looking forward to this series!

Obrigada por trazer tantos vídeos interessantes sobre o pensamento de Tomás de Aquino. Sou aluna da Academia Atlântico e tenho aprendido muito pelas indicações dos professores aqui.

Came to learn about St. Thomas by reading George Weigel's biography of John Paul the Great.

So Aquinas wrote about 4500 words daily. Even great Brandon Sanderson, who is known for writing a LOT, writes around 2000 words per day. What if Aquinas had keyboard and not just scribes?

Was Fr. Pine on the verging of laughing as he was recounting the account about St. Thomas dictating to his secretaries while asleep?

I have a feeling that Aquinas uses reason to prove that there must be a god. I'm not at all certain that the reasons prove that his god must be the one true god but I'm looking forward to hearing the arguments.

Another false teacher Jesus warned about. The catholic church quotes men and disregards the commandments of God. A truthful teacher quotes God.

Hmm... wonder why so many centuries had to pass before God decided it was time for him to happen along, so that all those early church fathers just had to muddle along
