I realize that this is a condensed presentation but the 4th Way is by no means a "version of the ontological argument." Aquinas famously rejected the ontological argument on the grounds that it wasn't based on actual experience of the world. See his Summa Theologica online (First part, Question 2, Article 1).

In order for people to pretend (faith), there has to be an initial concept for people to pretend about. This prime concept is the absolute best thing that human kind can imagine without it being realty based. Therefore a god.
