Umbridge is easily the best villain because of how much within only one book/movie, I grew to absolutely hate her. the only fictional villains to have me hate them that much or more were Odin in God of War Ragnarök, and Micah Bell in Red Dead 2.

Yo hold up! Put some respect on Barty Crouch Jr's name my guy. My man's broke out of the imperious curse, took down mad eye Moody with the help of wormtail, and then fooled Dumbledore and dozens of teachers into believing that he was mad eye Moody for an entire year. That's not to mention secretly managing to help Harry win the Triwizard tournament and having enough restraint to not kill the boy beforehand. BCJ is top 3 villains
