Just out of curiosity, who are these vids aimed at? Do you meditate? If so what kind?

Considering that Darth Vader is a depressed emotional wreck with severe anger issues he's a a kinda weird choice for affirmative talk... but whatever... it's well made I guess...

Motivational "advice" like this makes the same mistake every time. They mistake the symptoms of a problem for the problem itself.

People don't lose control over their lives because they're addicted to alcohol, they get addicted because they lost control of their lives.
People's rooms being messy aren't what made them lose control, losing control is what made their rooms messy.
People not exercising isn't the cause of their unhappiness, their unhappiness is the cause of them not exercising.

To someone with debilitating mental issues, someone who is fundamentally unable to do anything besides talk and type, such as myself, everything you said is an insult. It is blaming the scab for the pain of a wound rather than treating the wound itself. To attack the symptoms, rather than the cause, is to pick the scab. It might feel good for a moment but ultimately makes it worse. Makes the wound bigger. Causes infection.

Unless you can address and resolve the underlying common threads which caused all of these problems, which you have not done, someone who followed all seven steps devoutly will still relapse as the core issue was not resolved.
