Easy, if u want to increase your strength do reps 3-5, if u want more hypertrophy do with 12-15 reps

Bhai maeney 4 month non stop gym kiya aur balanced diet li but merko yrr fit feel nhi hua kabhi bhi. Aesa laga nhi k gym se kuch fitness rehti hai. Ulta joints kamzor lagne lage merko mere, wrist pain rehne lagaa.

Jaisa is case me, shivam bhai ne bahut badhiya samjhaya hai, ki muscle toh 500 reps me bhi banega, lekin kya woh individual 500 reps karne ke liye utna endurance and cardiovascular capacity rakhta bhi I personally like the 8-10 rep range aur mai apni khud ki body ke hisaab se bata raha hoon, kisi aur bande ko 12 ya kisi ko 6 reps acche lagte honge😊😊
