Can you install Emudeck 2 over the original Emudeck software and maintain your bios and rom files? Or is it recommended to uninstall the old version first?

The only thing I hate about this update is I had a ton of games that I had to find artwork for on the internet because steam rom manager couldn't find and the updater didn't understand how to incorporate those images so I'm now stuck with a bunch of games with no artwork. If I knew it was going to do that I wouldn't have updated to be honest.

Could anyone of you help me out? I installed everything like shown in the video. Watched the other video on how to add ROMs and BIOS but i don't have the folder "Emulation" with the other folders. I only have "lost & found" and "steamapps".

Hi, you start the video telling us to format our sd card. Is this a requirement? What if you already formated it before? This is a pretty big thing to ask and there is no explanation behind it in the video :/ it took weeks to install all the things I have on the SD card. Can this be done without needing to format it again?

I wish it were this simple. I go to Ron’s manager and under “parsers” on the left it says no title even though I have ROMs loaded onto my SD card and Yuzu and PCXS2 on my deck.
