This is usually a question they ask in customer service related shop. Every so often you may have to go above 😅 and beyond. Even just staying longer to help a coworker because you didn't have to. The answer also is a test to your positive or negative attitude. I answered the question with a true example and the interview comment was " A great attitude is priceless, skills and knowledge can be learnt but a great attitude sets one apart." I got got the job and I dont need to go above and beyond.
