Your advices have helped me getting ready for my interviews. I had one today and it went better than others I had previously, but the other competitors were amazing as well so I am not very confident in passing it. Anyway, I felt more confident than ever and you have helped me focusing in my speech. Thanks a lot for your amazing work.

Before I start I do not know Richard and he does not know me. But I have watched quite a few of his videos and listed some of his answers to difficult questions to prepare for two interviews. I have been out of work for over a year through no fault of trying and underwent countless interviews without success. I then discovered this channel on YouTube and avidly viewed, listened and recorded his tips on a word document. This was a month ago and I have since then had two interviews and was offered jobs on both! I was armed by Richard to answer their questions and it worked. I start my new job on 29th November this month and am convinced that if I had not seen his videos, I would still be job searching! Thank you Richard.

Sir your way of explanation is reallly wonderful. Sir it's my request to you please make videos on "how to do well in group discussions". Because GD is also an important criteria to crack recruitment process. So please make videos on that.
Thanking you.
