It’s true, I’ve lost 10% of my body weight in less than 3 months. My sleep has been reduced. 2 hours in 3 days. My cognitive functions have declined, my mind, body & soul are totally out of sync.
Despite listening to Sadhguru & my Sikh gurus, I’ve never executed their instructions while strongly agreeing with them.
After my eye surgery, my whole physiology changed in line with my worry & loss of weight. Taste outlook all Changed. In 3 short months.
As I couldn’t work, it just made things worse.
I’ve allowed this to happen to myself.
I’ve been blessed with everything up to this point.
How did someone who is cognitively above average suddenly become this way.
My vision is very different now, I see things very differently now. A psychiatrist told me it’s anxiety due to change disorder.
This is scary.

Wow! I wish I knew a bit about it. How Come they arent talking about things like this so important. Know where some boundaries is set, because our bodies seems to synchronise to our solarsystem. Thank you very much for this wisdom. We are then really prisoners to an eloborate systematic system we can't escape. Still, it makes me wonder if we could create ourself a new body if we had a way to do it and evolve beyond these restrictions.

The key thing to note here is, that it's not easy to stay joyful. You have to make it happen. So we need Yoga and Meditation 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️.

How does one become blissful for 24 hours? That must be very intense and for many unattainable considering all the junk we are packed with that allows are mind to drift into the wrong direction evey hour of the day. Please advise if you know how.

🙏🏻Ha that’s the one thing people always said I had not enough of growing up. Yet I passed them all by in every life area of success.
I was too stupid to pay attention to them. I never bought into someone is smarter than I. They all looked pretty stupid to me knowing everything. But still doing more in habit to increase always is a good thing I think…I’m already too smart for my own good. Laugh Out Loud 🍦
