Epic Ef Scenes ~ Breaking Chihiro's Chains

A really good scene from episode 12 where Renji comes back to meet Chihiro after gathering up some of her pages. A nice metaphorical animation of the chains breaking around her.

man renji is such an awesome character, you can feel that he been running around like crazy, getting all beaten up, tired, clothes ripped apart, all for the girl he loves, all for her to not forget him, im so happy that they ended up together, it was so beautiful, this scene is so powerful, the chains breaking, this anime is just amazing in so many ways

This scene was really touching. Chihiro thought that she should forgot about Renji, given her memory loss. However, no matter what she did, she just could not stop thinking of Renji. She would hopefully get better, as the metaphorical chains breaking would show. Just goes to show that Renji and Chihiro's love for each other was really strong.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the title is Ef tale of memories right?

Cause I first started the series on anime network and they took it off before I could finish it and they had it titled Ef sub and until now I could never find it

Gaahh I still can't decide which ending is better, this anime version or VN version… while anime is more dramatic it feels deus ex machina… VN is more realistic, but I don't like how Renji act less emotional in VN
