Oven Baked Panko Crusted Chicken

4 - chicken breast
1 1/12 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons Frank's Red Hot
1 garlic clove smashed
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Frank's Red Hot, garlic, paprika, salt and seasoned salt in a glass dish.

Place Panko bread crumbs in another glass dish.

Dredge each chicken breast through the sour cream mixture first, then the Panko, coating thoroughly.

Spread the chicken out in a greased, 3 qt. baking dish.

Pour butter over the chicken and bake at 350º for 45 to 55 minutes.

I made this and it was very good and tender. Just couldn't get it to brown up and get crispy. That was a big reason I tried it. That and using sour cream which I hadn't tried before. I turned up the temperature and put it back in with no success. Very good and tender regardless.
