What I do is something similar but instead of using breadcrums, I get a bag of chips and crush them and use them for the crunchy coating. that saves me a lot of steps and the chips are already seasoned so the chicken tastes amazing. 100% recommend trying. Just make sure you crush the chips well before dipping the chickens, enjoy.

I've made this once but forgot to toast/bake the breadcrumbs first...it was still good but it wasn't crispy...now I know why! Next time I'll toast the crumbs

Might try this, my family likes it when i fry my chicken striips but some them want it baked since we need have less greasy food. So probally try this this sunday

Recipe:
500g chicken
200g breadcrumbs

Egg dip
1 egg
1 tbsp (15g) mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp ( 20g) dijon mustard (or other mustard)
2 tbsp (30g) flour
1/2 tsp (2.5g) salt
1/2tsp (2.5g) Black pepper
