Have you ever made kefir fermented pancakes? I just made them recently and they were the best pancakes I’ve ever made!! (And I’ve made a lot of pancakes) you mix equal parts kefir and flour and rest on the counter overnight/24 hrs and add an egg, sugar, vanilla, 1 tsp of baking soda when you’re ready to cook them.
