Processed sugar is sucrose.(C11H22O11)
Fruit sugar is Fructose. (C6H12O6)

Both are different, probably they would react differently after entering human body.

Fructose has same formula as glucose, shouldn't it directly break down in body? Why would insulin be required to break it?
Just a doubt?

It's ok to eat fruits only before a workout or in moderation. Instead of eating a whole banana eat half.

But if I need fruit (any kind of fruit), I get hypoglycemic and end up eating more than I would've eaten during the whole day if I hadn't eaten the fruit. Doesn't matter if I eat it with something, 20 min. before a meal, after a meal. Same thing. Anyone else have this problem?

Fruit is fine, you just can’t eat it with processed foods. Fruit you eat alone, let it digest before you eat anything else.

Fruits are nature's candy. I am a T2 diabetic and have done a LOT of testing. All fruits expecially Bananas, spike my sugars with readings > 250. So T2s, no pasta, pizza, rice, bread, potatoes, fruit or processed foods

I only eat one serving of fruit a day. 5 servings of vegs. 5 servings of protien. Such as chicken eggs and curtain veggs mushrooms, spinach broccoli. I also hit the gym at least 4x a week. For 2 to 3 hrs at a time. Its dec. But i need to get summer ready. Ive always loved the gym. Im fit. But theres always room to improve.

I noticed a lot of big people will say I had a sprig of parsley and potatoes and yet they stay big. I noticed that they are not saying everything they really are eating.

I STOP PASSING OUT BECAUSE OF FRUIT! I WOULD PASS OUT FOR HOURS WITH A HYPERTHYROIDISM FOR 3 YEARS! I KNOW IT IS NOT BELIEVED HERE BUT I DID! I ALSO COULD NOT WALK ANYMORE! MY DAUGHTER HAD TO COOK FOR ME I COULD'NT LEAVE MY BED! FAINT ALSO FROM A BATH! THEN I PRAYED OVER MY THROAT AND JESUS HEALED ME AND I STARTED DRINKING BOTTLES WATER AND I HAVE NO SIGNS OF BEING A PRE DIABETIC ANY MORE! AS THE ANGLES AND THE SAINTS SAY IN HEAVEN! PRAYS THE LORD!

What about juice or a smoothy made from real fruits without nothing else added to it? Like 2 BLENDED MANGOS, 1 SMALL PINEAPPLE, AND
1/2 BANNAS IS THAT OK BECAUSE NOTHING ELSE IS ADDED? I MAKE SMOOTHIES ALOT, I don't have diebetes and I'm also a VEGAN BUT CAN I get Diebetes from blending my fruit or juicing it no added ingredients maybe CEYLON CINNAMON SOMETIMES?

Never eat 1/2 a banana. Every diabetic I know eats 1/2 a banana.
