Hadeer Shalaby is MD at Talabat. Talabat delivers hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to their customers in nine countries in the MENA region. She was previously Regional Director of Careem Bus and led teams in Dubai, Egypt and Pakistan in building the new Bus vertical. Her work experience includes being a Vice President of Entity Development for AIESEC International where she was responsible for talent acquisition and development of 90K members in 124 countries.

Mahmoud Ibrahim is Co-Founder & CEO of Homzmart, a one-stop shop platform specialized in home goods and furniture sector through visual content technologies. He was also the Co-Founder and COO of Daraz that is South Asia's leading online shopping and selling platform in Pakistan, Bangaldesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Nepal. He also invests in tech startups and is an investor in Krave Mart.

Tamer Azer is Partner at Shorooq Partners that is one of the leading technology investors in Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. He is also an Adjunct Faculty at The American University in Cairo. Tamer serves as a board member for multiple companies including MQR, Gold Pyramid Group, etc.

Faisal Aftab is Co-Founder & Partner at Zayn Capital, a VC fund with primary focus on seed and growth stage ventures in Pakistan. He was previously a Managing Partner and Executive Director at Lakson Venture Capital. His work experience includes OxonPartners as Managing Partner, cloudstream as Executive Vice President, MTV Pakistan as Executive Director, National Financial Partners as Vice President, etc.

MODERATOR'S BIO:
Ovais Naqvi is a General Partner at Rise Capital, a global investment firm that backs internet-enabled businesses in prominent emerging markets. He is a Board member at Modanisa, Advisor to the CEO at Eight Inc and X8 Ventures, and a Guest Lecturer at London Business School. He was previously Managing Director at The Abraaj Group and led firm's focus on early stage and entrepreneurship engagements.
