My personal favorite is when they wrap the paper straws in some kind of plastic to protect them until you are ready to use them.

As a person with a disability who literally requires a straw to drink pretty much anything, I appreciated this so much! As great as it might be to get some extra fibre in my diet, paper is not my ideal way of getting it! You hit the ball out of the park with this one!
