The terms of Minsk agreements were obviously not acceptable for the current Kiev regime, so, no negotiations this time, until the minimum requirements and requests are met.Too much blood was spilled on both sides, and Russia is not interested in frozen conflict, like the one in Korea, just so that Ukraine can recuperate, rearm, and send today's teenagers to the battlefield in 3 or 5 yrs.to fight again.
