True. On the higher perspective if we are looking upto to our relationship with God..then we will not be jealous of others..
Also..in the spirtual platform one.is looking for only service..which is avialable in plenty and no competition and hence no jealously..
So everything begins with realizing that we are not the body and working on our relationship with God.

Actually point is we dnt harbour jealousy, we don't cultivate jealousy. It's the family, society and the person himself who is part of us 24*7 keep giving reminders. So it's next to impossible to keep giving self reminders. Rather the message should be to tell society to be little more sensitive or little more humble. We can't keep touching ourselves everytime. If some effort is done by others, then little efforts by us give result. There could be numerous methods to do so. And there is something called " Brain stamping " which when with continues comparisons with others by near ones alters the brain together to keep able to give self reminders. What will you do if family is toxic. Society is not sensitive.
